Also of: Our Constitution is a Peoples’ “Order” (noun) an order ordained and established a constitution to form a republic. Also of: By President Washington’s letter to the Jews of Newport it became expressed essentially that the republic – subscribed a republic under Lord – is of a perfection standard in an ordering with common sense in it essentially is un-Christian for a Christian to be bigoted.

                Frederick Douglass and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. seem did echo such guidance.

                The good news is Mayor Zohran Mamdani is not a Republican?

                An economics presser, for those missed it or never considered it, is Adam Smith “self-interest” espousing has a clever catch to it of a majority of individuals, however “rugged”, can concur a first self-interest is to find and have safety in numbers – a community.  A second self-interest thus to a mass consumption would be a self-policing moral discipline to be of an authority on norms – a second grounding framework to thus be a neighbor to your neighbors – to be yourself moral in community.

                Where as people of New York are choosing to be within the jurisdiction they are deciding to be historically normal neighbors daily – in regular order.  Of the oaths Mayor Mamdani now as sworn himself and his team to he has an intelligent foundation to build on – not destroy – of our founding was not in blasphemy, and “Socialism” only has rights under religious freedom.  New Yorkers do not have an equal standing in Laws for secular socialism – we are constituted as each is born a child of the Lord – our collectivism is under Lord’s Laws with none separated from being a neighbor to their neighbors.

                Hello!  I am JP Hogan.  Many of you know me already in ways you never considered, even as proud New Yorkers.  NBC responded decades ago when I asked for 3 TV shows to help me manage my circles, and even asked for a 4^th show idea they could book into Thursdays at 10pm.  FRIENDS was for my high school classmates of a female Geller and another swimmer David + …, while SEINFELD somehow became show to help me manage my sister nearest in age – who had tall lanky Krammer friend of “Julia”  a name to carry +…, and Law and Order was for my managing my oldest sister and dad (lawyer) as they often seemed of flaws of not as good as they thought they were while then in early years of my sister in DC in Senator Christopher Dodd’s staff.

                I am in name, in part as with different middle name, to my grandfather John Hogan was from Brooklyn and a childhood friend of became Al Capp artist of “L’il Abner” comic strip. There is that “Hogan” in Capp’s art in honor of their friendship.               

                In early 1990s I put thoughts of hopefully sufficient pressure upon leaders to bring change to New York City – in vein also post Persian Gulf War of a pressing schedule to see to that we could govern the BIG APPLE better than Saddam Hussein was ready to claim he could and did run Baghdad, Iraq.  I encouraged even more entertainment to help created more national mental space for new solutions that in past could have become more usually headaches without solutions.

                I had already written to offer guidance with New Haven earlier developing new community policing disciplines towards getting Police away from bunker mentality of a too centralized force.  He now the famous Bill Bratton was in my thoughts since 1987-88 as I was in Boston, Mass and to reading of his being moved to new Municipal Police (check his bio) rundown force with old police equipment of cars mostly without working police band radios.  A later New Yorker lawyer/cop associated some was Dean Esserman who in New Haven days lived within 2 blocks distance.

                My maternal grandfather was a mentor in his retirement. He “Art” was a top ad-man of “Mad Men” era Madison Avenue marketing and advertising industry of in last 25 years – prior to 1971 – of ran from Y&R – Young and Rubicam – eventually all of Johnson & Johnson international marketing business.                 New Yorkers can you fathom Mayor Mamdani has constitutional issues this year of our Lord 2026, with the 250^th of Independence near, not necessarily due he seeks “compassion” and with disdain for “rugged individualism”! – See again we are constituted a republic without any separation right from supposed to be a neighbor to our neighbors?

                As a Muslim he becomes a founding prudence illuminated – our Liberty while subscribed to in “Year of our Lord” with such God our Lord Creator each gets their rights from – but while now redistribution, by constitution, deems a full-discussion as we have no divine right of monarchs to cover of Islamic how their royal families whom where ever now should be as taxable by New Yorkers as those within the city limits.  The global “Muslim” is not predetermined to be more deserving – even justified to tax successful Christians to see such’s property rights infringed. – Christianity in areas of bounty seems fully functioning religiosity – while Islamic when away from God’s desert severe country, as religiousness is firstly that of calls to be peaceable, seems less just if prejudged for practicing scarcity severity yet in areas of bounty and more comity.

                Our constitution orders our Liberty to each is a child of our Lord.

                To be constitutional Mayor Zohran Mamdani needs to see his “socialism” where it fits as must be, due about public morals, as under the reaffirming of our 1^st Amendment.  New Yorkers can be constitutional by celebrating our 250^th – the “Semi-quincentennial” – of that there is no separation right from each is to be a neighbor to their neighbor – akin each should be true to especially the founding principle code of morality in foundational Judaic Laws/Commandments/Establishments.  There are no naturalism rights in our Peoples’ “Order” that formed our “more perfect Union” by there no divine right of monarchs.

                Any New Yorker thus voluntarily associated as a neighbor, as long as tyrannical forces have not forced a (rushed?) new demographics upon them, – even say corporations operating physically – have within Lord’s Laws – yet on a case by case basis – that they are presumed innocent even as if seem HAVES amongst HAVE NOTS.  HAVE NOTS must too wrestle with their Creator and in community – akin Smith’s likely first and second self-interests – see foundational Laws with those ideas of grace amongst a worthy.

                An interesting footnote – per me JP Hogan – is my politics years ago were that my thoughts for New York City, and the nation, was I for any candidate who could/would defeat Nancy Pelosi’s right hand man – as I hoped more for original AOC – architect of capital structural core principles – originalism – even as it amassed Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez took him down.

                Oh New York how did you embrace Hillary Clinton as the “Ground Zero Senator” after her imperial feminism crusading as FLOTUS dictating to Islamic radicals and inciting them over her dictum to that they should treat women as she said?  The Clintons did incite September 11, 2001 attacks while simultaneously un-funding DEFENSE and INTELLIGENCE and setting up WALLS OF SEPARATION at the FBI between INTELLIGENCE and ENFORCEMENT. It still simply fits that Al Qaeda attacked us because Bill Clinton in 1993 decided he didn’t want to police Saddam Hussein – to we got policed because while responsible for Iraq we did not police him. They pounded 77 on us and 911 – of “93” a flight number. After Al Qaeda attacks the Clintons threatened the Bush family with an all out dynasty fight if President George W. Bush at all made responses about even where Clintons had been negligent during preceding years.  It was insane that the spouse of a pre-9/11 President politically survived and rose some again later. Do you know as FLOTUS she wanted to later have a WAR ON WOMEN vs the TALIBAN? – to seem a HAWK after Bill staged his years to seem more a DOVE?  Do you know as Secretary of State she conflated NARCO TERRORISM with ISLAMIC TERRORISM as Afghanistan provided near 80% of global opium based poppies grown opiates?

                The fall of Anthony Weiner began, before headlines of perversion, as he admitted proudly he had rigged ACA – affordable healthcare / Obamacare – to that the financial capital of the world could steal from other states near 5% of the costs of the NYC areas healthcare costs.

                Obamacare was argued before the Supreme Court as a federal solution was needed due states would not be able to police cross-state’s border cheaters.  As deemed some constitution the Affordable Care Act was allowed by temporary war powers as if a WAR ON HEALTH was justified due nation had been heading in a wrong direction. As President Barack Obama and President Joe Biden left borders open and tried to cover all persons did cross into United States and then a specific state they were violating their own legal justification for Obamacare by making it impossible for states to control who could be covered affordably in own healthcare systems.

                Had Hillary Clinton won in 2016 the Democrats “Climate Change” agenda would have been more obviously a greatest whitening of employment in US history. That Obama trumped in primaries added enough color for politics to forward ignore how Al Gore and Hillary Clinton with “Global Warming” alarmism were with premeditation forcing economic shifts to favor college educated graduates with “Climate Change” compliance attested.

                All New Yorkers should realize that Bill Gates has generally admitted/confessed “Global Warming” ALARMISM was a known fraud perpetrated by Democrats. To which now “Barack”, “Hillary” and “Joe” all are incriminated beyond their solutions tyranny amassed as a new fascism, and that foreign collusion to bias elections was needed beyond even how got near 2006 the $4 gas price fixing – which did then trigger the banking and housing crisis.  Americans on fixed incomes – who them firstly got thrown under the Democrats railroading – as after joined Bill’s call to hyper-consumerism and maxing out credit – couldn’t afford the jump in gas price from near $1 to $4.

                “Rugged Individualism” seems to still be a clever oratorical nuance about the masses to not be allowed to unionize – that each was to be isolated as an individual with any freedom of assembly to fight grievances suppressed by “MEMBERS ONLY LIBERAL ELITES” enjoying social clubs of elitism.

                If the Mayor of New York City now wants windfall funds from civil social justice marshaled popular efforts his best avenue is to sue Al Gore for his entire wealth, and all his co-fraudsters in “GLOBAL WARMING ALARMISM” within fair jurisdiction.

                An out with the “RUGGED INDIVIDUALS” needs also be for a restitution for all those wrongly tread upon by “Climate Change” bad actors?

                Mayor Mamdani has that Islam’s royal families where ever should be as taxable with how he postures for collectivism as any a New Yorker by choice of residence – place of work.  His “RUGGED INDIVIDUALISM” rap should arrest, in now we much of “Lifestyle Economics” the treading upon the “masses”?

                Where he is being traditional historically in a moral quest his COLLECTIVISM needs much still respect CHRISTIAN fundamentals, and especially the founding PEACEABLE in Judaic Law basics.  When in areas of bounty of God’s Kingdom that religiousness is a call to PEACEABLE amounts to Christianity’s practices suffice as moral, even for of Islam travelers out from Lord’s historically desert severe areas of greater trials.

                I still posture where SOCIALISM has failed it has been after it some how of its areas of People did cross a line to too IRRELIGIOUS.  SOCIALISM must fail AFFORDABILITY where it yet becomes of like people avoiding the work of community by avoiding the disciplines for self-governance from constitutionally to govern firstly locally in community in Lord’s Laws.

                The greater metropolitan New York City area, as said the financial capital of the world, should finally be to proving it can within its own means provide AFFORDABILITY where as yet persons are to be more free the more moral authority they have achieved, and each locally is to be, in community, considered as if WORTHY. 

                Still the guarantee of the republic is that regular order to respect each is constituted to rights by said born a child of the Lord.  God is in the Constitution as not in it – as yet set above it.  There is no right to crime in the Peoples’ “Order”!

                Beyond “RUGGED INDIVIDUALS” there still must be our 60% PASS/FAIL bar on public morals at which communities firstly must address means to arrest unworthy – to police there is no naturalism right – to make arrangements for those deemed need regular shepherding oversight.

The good news is Gotham might be saved?
