Who now can tell the antagonists from the protagonists; how did billions become trillions?

The “SURGE” mission became near: JUST GO ABOUT AND HUNT FOR ABOUT 50 AL QAEDA MEMBERS BELIEVED TO BE CAMPING SOMEWHERE IN AFGHANISTAN.
